Heart Food Podcast | 015 | My story

This episode is a LONG time coming, and now that it’s out there, I only wish I had put it out sooner.

It took me a while to gain the strength to tell my story and why I do what I do for my work. In this honest and raw episode, I tell my whole story and detail my past with eating disorders, my body journey, and relationship & self-worth/self-esteem struggles that molded me into who I am today.

I have grown from my past and converted it into fuel for my mission to empower women to trust themselves, speak up for themselves, and go after what they want in their lives, while feeling great in their body and brain as they do so.

It’s only because of what I went through that I am able to work with others on a deep level and help them with their own difficulties with food & their body because I have BEEN THERE.
