Specialest sauce

This is like a creamy, mayo-ey, non-spicy version of Frank’s Red Hot: I want to put this shit on everything. I am infatuated. Honestly, in the past, seeing people make a swirly twirly pink mess of ketchup and mayonnaise on their plates used to groooooss me out. Until I tried it.

The combo is so underrated. Many sauces and dressings are based in the ubiquitous deliciousness that is mayonnaise. Like thousand island dressing, which is just ketchup & mayo & pickles. Adding sweetness and roundness and some garlic and onion flavor just makes it crazy good. Like on another level good. Meals seem incomplete without it. My boyfriend doesn’t eat mayonnaise or ketchup, so every time I bring my little condiment friend to the table, he’s like “the sauce, again?”

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup mayo
  2. 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons ketchup
  3. 1 tablespoon mustard
  4. 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  5. 2 teaspoons coconut aminos
  6. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk mayo, ketchup, mustard, fish sauce, coconut aminos, garlic powder, and onion powder. Slather on everything.
Notes
  1. This will keep for up to two weeks in the refrigerator in an airtight container, but I have doubts about it lasting that long.
