In this episode, I’m joined by Stacy Dockins, a yoga, meditation, and mindfulness teacher, business owner, and fellow Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Stacy and her husband, Dave, teach in person classes at their yoga studios in the Dallas & Fort Worth area in Texas and train future yoga teachers around the world.
